This definitely is the best workout around!! It's well worth the hour of your day!! Everyone here is super welcoming and just awesome in general. They go out of their way to make sure you stay motivated and get a great workout!

I LOVE this place. All instructors are fun and highly energetic. Classmates are very nice and encouraging. I’ve taken group exercise classes before, but THIS is definitely a FAMILY! I’ve never had so much fun while getting fit! 😊

I just joined about a month ago and, so far, I'm loving it!! I feel so much better already and can feel myself getting stronger. I decided to start mainly to get a full body workout and have fun doing it! The staff here are all great and they really help you with technique all while being encouraging! I look forward to going every week.
