Park Slope Hair And Makeup

I got my first Brazilian blowout here and it has totally changed my relationship with my hair. It usually gets super frizzy in the summer but now I don’t have to worry about it at all! Luba was really helpful with aftercare instructions so I can keep my hair smooth for as long as possible :)

I had done a Google search and found Park Slope Hair and Makeup, I submitted an inquiry request through their website. I was requesting an appointment, with very short notice, for my two daughters for their pre photoshoot for their Sweet16/quinceañera. Luba returned a phone call fairly quickly and was able to accommodate us without any hesitations. The staff was pleasant and professional. The makeup was gorgeous and didn't look all caked up. The weather that day was humid and of course a thunderstorm hit, but their hair held up for hours. Definitely worth every dollar spent.

My son was married in Brooklyn and I needed someone to do my hair and makeup - someone who would make me look like me, just better and more photo ready. Lyubov understood exactly what I wanted, took her time and from the moment I walked out of the salon at 2pm to the time I got back to they hotel room at midnight, everything still looked great. The amount of spray she put in my hair was perfect, so that it moved, but wasn't a helmet. Even the eyelashes lasted for two days afterwards! I highly recommend her for your next event!

I had not had a haircut since before the pandemic (2019) so my hair was in pretty bad shape. Luba did a great job of removing the dead ends as well as layering my hair so that it looks so much more healthy. She also gave me advice of how to maintain my hair in between cuts. I am very low maintenance when it comes to my hair and with the cut/layers it is very easy to style and looks ready to go. I look forward to returning for a follow up.
