I highly recommend getting all of your workout supplements from Strong Physiquez! Even though I live out of town, I always order everything I need through Sidney. She is always super helpful and knows what she’s talking about when it comes to their products.
I know that I can trust any recommendations she gives me and that I am getting the best quality items for my fitness goals.

Sidney is such a great person! Whatever your goals are, she honestly knows what you need. And for her to only sell items that’s she personally uses/has used makes me feel better using the products! Will always recommend this store!!

I have been going here for a few years and both management I've dealt with have been so great and knowledgeable. They always know how to help me or people I bring in. I ask all the questions and they know all the details about their products. The manager is super helpful but not pushy at all. I never felt pressured to buy anything, but I rarely leave without finding something I like. And I just recently got hooked on their workout clothes. It's like Lululemon material but not the crazy price. Pretty much a one stop shop for all my products and gym needs. And I like not having to buy online, I can see and test what I'm buying at an actual store. Definitely the best nutrition store I've been to, and by far the best in the Springs.

Sidney and Strong Physiquez are an amazing veteran owned business. Sidney is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and dedicated to helping her customers. She’s helped to grow their brand, supported local community with fundraisers, and is always willing to answer and supplement or nutrition questions you may have. If you haven’t been to the store, you need to go!
