Amazing service! She was so knowledgeable and patient with a group. She made sure we all felt comfortable riding. If you’re visiting and looking for a fun way to explore it’s a definite must!

My friend and I went to rent 2 e-bikes and had never ridden before. It was very easy to use and Joel was a great person to work with. I recommend anyone go here and rent an e-bike to enjoy riding around New Braunfels!

Hands down the best bicycle shop I have ever come across. From the moment that I had 1st spoke with Joel on the phone I knew I was dealing with someone who is very passionate about his work and I immediately felt assured that my bike was in the best and experienced hands. I have taken my bike to other shops and I felt like I was running in circles trying to get the root issue of my bike fixed, but in one day With Joel at Pedego bikes He had the issues resolved and the functionality of my bike is finally restored. Everyone at Pedego Is 1st Class and from now on my Go-To for everything bikes.

We had the best experience today at Pedego New Braunfels! Whether you rent for an hour, half day or full day you will not regret your time and money spent. It was a great way to spend our anniversary and the customer service was above anything we have experienced. We loved the experience so much, that when we got back from our ride, we bought our own! Thank you, Pedego New Braunfels! 😊 🚴

What a wonderful time we had exploring! The bikes were very easy to use after a short, informative practice trek. Our host took us to a great starting locale and made sure we knew good routes for where we wanted to go. We will definitely be using again when family and friends come to town!
