Excellent customer service!! We sent flowers to a team member in Florida who supports us out here in Hawaii. We wanted a tropical bouquet and despite it being a challenge to find those kind of flowers in Florida, Floral Impressions went above and beyond and made such a beautiful bouquet. Very happy with the service called to have a special arrangement made up to be picked up in 2 hours to bring to a viewing at the funeral home. Not only did we get when promise it was just as I describe it over the phone as to how I wanted it to be made up. Received many a complement on the arrangement. Would like to thank them once again for a beautiful arrangement and being able to get it done in a 2 hour notice. Thank you very much.
