My two year old needed to be seen for excessive ear infections. We saw Dr. Smith and I was very happy with the outcome. He was thorough and knowledgeable about all my questions. Everyone in the office was very kind and patient with my kiddo because we all know two year olds are a handful! Ultimately, I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an uplifting experience. Dr smith listened and gave his professional advice and talked to me with no rush or being on any time rush. We spoke of the plus and negatives. I had questions on a procedure that my insurance has stepped up and Dr Smith was very understanding of what was needed and why this is done. Thank you for that. I could not be happier with the personal referral that was given to me. I am ecstatic when a Dr listens and takes time, interest and professionalism in your needs, care, self image issues health. Thank you Dr Smith, I look forward to my next appoinent.

The receptionist were very friendly and explained to me on how the new questionnaire would work.
It was a whole lot better then being handed a huge stack of papers to fill out and sign!!
There was a miscommunication between my hematologist and ENT. Dr. Smith had to go back, after the exam and look at the notes of my PET/CT scan to see what my visit, even after I told the reception nurse in the room, what I was there for.
After Dr. Smith looked at the results, he was concerned and thoroughly explained what the problem was and gave his his recommendation and next visit time.
Other then then the miscommunication, I will give Dr. Smith a 5 star!

Dr. Smith is amazing. I had severe ear ache and was lucky enough to claim an appointment with him. He and his staff are top notch professionals. He thoroughly examined me and ordered all of the needed tests right in his office. He prescribed me the necessary meds and 22 hours later, I’m am improving at a miraculous rate. I have no doubt that I would be in ER or at the hospital if I had not seen Dr. Smith. He was the 3rd Dr. in three days that I had seen but the only one that helped me. I could not be any happier choosing Advanced ENT. Thank you, Dr. Smith for relieving my pain.

Dr. SMITH is very caring and understanding. He is patient with me to understand how I explain my concerns and how I am feeling. He explains things til I understand what is going on. Would highly recommend him.
