amazing atmosphere for those who need that one on one training, it's the push and motivation needed to reach and crush your goals
Friendly staff and good variety of classes make the gym very enjoyable!
This gym has a lot to offer. It has many weight machines,cardio machines,free weights classes throughout the day. This place has personal trainers ,pool and a gym also. Friendly staff
Fantastic place to train! Very professional Staff, I had Ryan as my trainer and he was extremely positive and helpful in bringing me to a better level of fitness than I first joined! My tennis game improved and I could pack a punch in my forehand, thanks to the training at the gym! My only suggestion is to go in with a clear objective and be open to changing that objective accordingly if your life changes.
Maggie has been my trainer for over a year now and has helped transform me from a lumpy computer chair potato into someone who actually enjoys working out. I may moan and complain during the workout but the results have been fantastic,
I sought out a personal trainer because I did not want to be the chubby bridesmaid in a friend's wedding. Maggie worked my through a diet and exercise plan that fit in with my lifestyle.
I have come incredibly far from my first workout session and I really look forward to going each week. The environment of Sunnyvale Fitness is incredibly warm and they are always adding new items to help vary the workouts.
