Goodyear Auto Service

They are close and convenient to my location and I have been using Goodyear where ever I am for years. They never steer me wrong and are usually reasonably priced. They only con about this location is that the manager Kurt I believe his name is always seems to be grumpy and complaining about his job. It doesn’t give the welcoming vibe when you walk in. If it wasn’t for the other staff especially Josh at the front desk who is always pleasant and for the good customer service he gives as well as the mechanic staff I probably wouldn’t come back. Generally a good experience. Based on this I’d recommend coming here.

Super friendly service!! And when paying afterwards explained the breakdown of the price, and gave me information about my car on how it should be running after the repairs!!! Amazing customer service!

Always a wonderful friendly staff! Thier systems are always freezing on them but they work through it so well and try so hard to give the best service they can! We appreciate you guys so much! ❤

Nightmare scenario: tire blowout on I-90 440 miles from home. AAA towed me to the Goodyear store on Transit St in Depew where Kurt and Josh were lifesavers. 2 hours and 4 new tires later I was good to go.

Kurt was very honest and pleasant to deal with, he told me might be up to 3 hrs for my new tires.. Was done in an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend this Goodyear store to anybody who needs tires. Very pleasant experience.

Also, this was on a holiday, new years day.. They should have been closed, but because of the nice weather we were having, they decided to open.
