Parkview Inn Motel

I recommend this motel. The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and the breakfast room was large with a patio area, no crowding. It has a good location with restaurants within walking distance.
My only negative, as with most motels, is the noise from adjacent rooms.

After reading all the great reviews we decided to stay, it’s probably the best motel I’ve ever encountered, set in a great location just steps away from everything. Extremely clean and comfortable, lovely people at the front desk, major detail and plus was to finally find a bathroom that had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, They also had laundry machine, nice continental breakfast with plenty of healthy choices and, overall the whole experience was great. I totally recommend.

My husband and I stayed one night here on our way to other destinations based on previous reviews and we were very pleasantly surprised in this true gem of a place. It IS a motel with an outside entrance to the room, BUT the room was 100% adequate and it did not smell old or musty, which is why I steer clear of motels in general. The bathroom was small but updated and adequate. What really stood out to us was the friendliness of the staff, location, and the included "continental" breakfast. They had freshly baked cinnamon rolls, large pastries, gourmet granola with all the toppings you could ever want, yogurts, and fruits. And the coffee was very, very good. This was by far the best continental breakfast I had ever seen. The motel was also within walking distance to the historic downtown area and riverwalk area, and we walked to Worlds End Brewing and had beer flights which were also very good. This is definitely a gem in a great location. Do not hesitate to book this place. I hope to return some day and will definitely stay here again.

Environmentally friendly. For example you can eat you breakfast in ceramic cups and plates.

Soap/Shampoo is thru dispensers. No plastic bottles.

Owner manager is very friendly and helpful.

Seemed renovated with traveler’s need in mind.

This is our second time staying at this motel and is probably one of the best if not the best options in town. It feels cozy and is very clean. Also love that you can walk to royal gorge train. Only thing is the towels are small and not scratchy. Can you upgrade those? We will still be coming back next time in town!
