Visionworks Meadows Mall

Overall a good experience. They are really efficient and quick. Love my new glasses!

Visionworks is adjoined with an optometrist's office (Helen Knisley and Associates). This was my first visit and first prescription exam and glasses. I made my appointment via phone and was reminded several times via text which was helpful. I arrived early, was greeted immediately and filled out the one-page entry form. A very pleasant optometrist assistant tested my vision and then I met the optometrist (not Helen). Very simple process and very quick. I went immediately to the adjoining showroom with my new prescription (Visionworks portion) and met with Brandon. Very nice guy, non-salesy or pushy. Showed me the full range of what my insurance could offer and what I would end up paying (no surprises) and let me make my own decision. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me a week early to say that my glasses had arrived and were ready for pick-up (ETA was 2 weeks but got is in 7 days). Couldn’t be happier with my visit. I was in a bind on my Vegas vacation. Lost my contacts. Pearle Vision was absolutely zero help. Called around and got a same day appointment at Vision Works Meadows Mall. Super friendly staff and doctor. Doctor was an Asian guy whose name I can’t recall. Very fairly priced exam (I pay out of pocket). I am switching to Vision Works from here on out. Bye Bye Pearle Vision.

Very happy with the eye examination and the service in picking out my new frames. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of frames so just take your time and have fun. Everything was explained to me as far as options and the prices. Thank you for all your help. It is appreciated.
