This is our first place leaving our dog and we were so impressed. It’s a very clean and well cared for area that have workers who have a passion for animals. I feel confident and comfortable leaving my dog here knowing that he will be taken care of. I absolutely love the fact they send text messages with updates and photos of our dog as we are away, it brings a lot of peace. We will always be using their services forever!

Our little ♥ Australian Shepard loved her visit! What a great time she had. We got a daily photo and updates on how she was doing. Wonderful experience! Thank you so much for everything!

Last minute booking and drop off last Friday for a weekend snow getaway. We received a daily picture of our Dog Rocky and we're very glad to see him happy. Our dog is not very good with strangers but he looked great and settled that made our trip much more comfortable. Thank you Elizabeth for a great service. Highly recommended!

Our dogs were there for 11 days, we got photo updates almost every day. The facility is nice and clean, staff is friendly and you can see their love for animals.. When we got back our dogs had been groomed and looked very well taken care of. One of our Queenslands is usually not friendly to strangers. For her to be playful and happy with the staff,, speaks volumes to the care she received. Will definitely use them again, thanks so much for the care our Fur Babies received!

Happy Tails is amazing. Their care and treatment of our pets as though they are family is perfect. Customer service and communication is top notch, and our pet loves being there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for your pet to stay if you must leave them behind.
