The service was great. Stopped in for an oil change and Carlos was friendly and helpful. Told me how much it was going to be and did not try to upsell me. I would highly recommend them and will be back for any other vehicle maintenance I have in the future.

Wonderful customer service. Everyone extremely nice and friendly. Definitely my new place to get oil changed and have all my maintenance done. Highly recommended by me.

I have been taking my vehicle to BRAKEMax for eight years since moving (back) to Tucson. They have handled all aspects of maintenance and repairs as I have needed them, and in every case I have been very happy with the level of service. Their prices are fair, the quality of the work is high, and it's never been an issue to get an appointment when I needed one. I would certainly recommend BRAKEMax to anyone looking for a reliable, all-purpose auto shop.

Great service and quick turnaround.
I started off the day by having my appointment at Jack Furrier not honored because they said they were too busy with walk-ins and my appointment didn’t matter. So my next stop should of been my first stop “brakemax”. I spoke with Carlos and he was very friendly and professional. He told me that I shouldn’t have to wait more that an hour for my oil change and he was pretty dang close on top of the great service the oil change cost less than $30, 😯. I normally go to the dealership for service and I don’t think I have ever made it out of there for less than $100. I will definitely go here in the future with all of my vehicles.
