    Victor was wonderful working with. He took the time out to go over numerous health plans with me until I could make an informed decision on which one was best for me and fit my budget. I definitely recommend that you call and talk with Victor.

    Mr. Chang is very personable and an excellent listener. Extremely knowledgeable about all types of medical insurance. He was able to solve a problem we were having with the Marketplace Coverage to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommend his service to anyone seeking medical coverage.

    Victor was fantastic with helping choose the right health insurance for me and my wife.     I couldn't be happier with my experience with Victor Whang! He has helped me with insurance issues in several different situations. His staff is courteous, caring and responsive. Victor is professional, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know my situation and made sure I understood the information he was sharing with me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with questions about health insurance.

    I would highly recommend Victor , for all you insurance needs. He is knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. He treats you like a family member. His office workers , are pleasant and efficient. We have been dealing with Victor for about 8 years . He always finds us the best deal for the money.
