Gordon Chevrolet Collision Center

We are long time customers of Gordon Chevrolet who spend summers in West Michigan. In the past a local West Michigan Chevrolet dealer would be able to take care of our needs. On this day, the two dealerships we have relied on in the area let us down. So I made a call to Gordon Chevrolet (as we were planning to be in their area for a few days) not knowing if they could help with a repair on short notice. Beck answered the phone and as smooth as silk looked at my texted pictures of the damage, reassured me that the body shop could handle the repair during our return visit to the Westland area. Parts were on hand by the time we arrived at the dealership and work was begun the next day. Beck took charge of our repair and time constraints. She made the entire process appear effortless.
