Friendly, efficient staff. Waiting time is minimal in connection with appointment time. Dr. Khera-McRackan, unlike a lot of MD's nowadays, always seems willing to explain, listen, and take time with you...no rushing you out the door so the next patient can be ushered in. Very pleased with my treatment here.
