If I could give more stars, I would. Julie helped me find a home within three months. Her proactivity made the difference. Instead of just relying on a search result, me doing the research, and me to follow up with her, she sent me listings based on what I was looking for. She knew what I wanted and was able to find me a home. She worked with me throughout the entire process and was available when I needed. I highly recommend Julie.

Julie was very knowledgeable and she was able to answer all the questions I had. She replied to my text messages or emails fast. I didn’t feel pressure to make a decision immediately and she was always very nice and helpful; she made me feel like I was looking for a house with a friend.

Julie was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was very quick to respond to any of our questions, even at off-hours (weekends, late at night, etc.). We relocated from out of state, so it was nice to have someone taking care of all the logistics in Charlotte, she helped out with a lot of things that were not even her responsibility as a realtor to help with. I would definitely work with Julie again.

Julie is a great Realtor. She knows the market and exactly where to price a property. Not only does she understand real estate, she also has first hand experience in tenants and renovation. Julie is a great agent, who has your best interest throughout the transaction. She is a self starter and does not need to be babysat. If you want a professional working for you, Julie is the best!

Julie is an amazing Realtor. She knows the market and exactly where to price a property. I would have priced my property much lower than she suggested and we still received an over asking offer. Her knowledge and expertise are exceptional! She is hands on and walked me through ever part of the transaction. Communication is key and Julie let me know everything as it happened, before listing, as we received offers, during the inspection process and right through closing. We had a tough inspection on this particular home and Julie was instrumental in working though inspection issues on an older home. If you want a professional working for you, Julie is the best!
