I've been unfortunate enough to require plumbing services several times of late, and I've been lucky to get the same service tech each time. Austin has been amazing in his ability to quickly identify the source of the problem and address the issue promptly. While I wish I could say I won't need their services again any time soon, recent history has shown that to see be a bit of a pipe dream. I will, however, be more than willing to call and ask for Austin again. Excellent service and professionalism, Austin definitely shows the knowledge and expertise one hopes to get from a service like this.

Ryan and Damon are first class! They did an excellent job clearing out the grease build-up in my house drains. Ryan explained what the process consist of before starting each step and Damon was right there with the assist! I'm very pleased with the high quality work they performed! Thank-you both!

I have personally used 1 Tom Plumber for years, as well as recommended them to my real estate clients. ALWAYS professional, skilled, on-time, and communicative. I appreciate the structure with which they give estimates on each job; I’m always given 3 options foe different levels of repair/replacement, conscious of budget. I wouldn’t use anyone else at this point! They even did the most perfect basement floor repair in my latest property, after jack hammering through the floor to replace a sewer line!
