The staff is great. I had an issue getting into my unit and called the number on the door and Rob answered. When I explained my issue he said he would come out and fix my lock so I can access my unit. I have met Rob before and know he lives an hour away, so for him to come out on a Saturday afternoon just to fix a lock that got turned around wrong says a lot. Great customer service!

I had a great experience at FreeUp Storage - They were helpful, friendly and accommodating. I was in a need of a storage facility quickly when I moved in and moving out was a breeze. Their online payments and everything made the experience streamlined. I received my security deposit back immediately after moving out. Thumbs Up!! Thanks for your help Ron.

We've stored our RV at FreeUp Storage for over 6 years. Very happy with the facility. 24/7 access. I recently had an issue and needed assistance on a holiday weekend. I called and left a voice mail. Rob responded very quickly to help us. This was the 2nd time Rob responded to a request for help. I am very satisfied with the service and the facility and highly recommend them for secure storage needs.
