I have been a customer of Matt Flynn for over 20 years. In that time, him and his staff have provided exceptional service and have been nothing but extremely professional.

Most recently, I was in a horrible car accident with my three children. During this difficult time, Matt and his team were there to help me from beginning to end. They put me in contact with the claims office who were efficient and courteous. Since my car was deemed a total loss, the claims department took it upon themselves to ask me if I had a picture of my younger son’s car seat. She was able to find a similar car seat, asked if I approved of the car seat as a replacement and in two business days...the new car seat arrived at my house! Matt Flynn and his team at State Farm will forever have my business.
