All was fair, I wasn't a happy camper when I went to wash clothes. Your brochures say office has quarters in exchange for bills. Nota.... they no longer carry them for renters. Had to make a special trip to a store or bank to get $10, worth guarters for two washer and four dryers that only take quarters. Remaining machines work off a app on your phone. so rediculuc.... other amenities did not apply to retires. 75Yrs.and 80Yrs. And
Oh yes, we were really shocked when the attendant said she will
not except ($) cash.... credit card only......
The use of dog run was close to our spot, very nice.

Place is great!!! Very clean! Management is very professional and do a great job at keeping the park clean and safe. I would highly recommend this park. And they have really nice park models for sale at a great price.

Cookie answered the phone after hours and greeted us after a long drive with a smile and guided us into the pull though which had ample space for our RV and our tow. I would highly recommend this park, everyone very welcoming. Nice people, clean park. Thank you Cookie!

We purchased a park model several months ago and use it on a part time basis. The monthly dues are reasonable. The park is clean and well maintained and the clubhouse is nice. We enjoy using the pool and hot tub, and everyone has been very friendly.

I came to Leisure Valley 14 months ago. I have nothing but praise for this park and those in charge of keeping it nice. A rumor going around says rates will go up next year, but I hope that will not happen to those of us social security. This is a very nice place and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
