Penn is amazing!! He's like no trainer I've ever worked with. He's knowledgeable about the body and anatomy. He's very thorough in teaching about form and the exercises and the purpose of those exercises. I love the concept of his gym. It's not intimidating like other bigger gyms. It's one on one personal time where it's just u and the trainer during your session. And he doesn't just tell you to do this or do that he teaches you as you go. And I'm here for it!! My husbae and I are definitely clients!!

Penn is a great trainer. Much better experience than the big box gyms.
