I discovered a broken roller and damaged track on my sliding door on a Sunday night, and messaged All Star on Monday morning. They got me a quote immediately, and scheduled me for service on Wednesday. Sure enough, Wednesday morning I got a call that they were on their way over.

Jordan inspected everything, replaced the rollers, and actually recommended just replacing the rollers as the track had not been as heavily damaged as I thought. Our sliding door now opens and closes better than ever, and Jordan had the whole job done in less time than it would have taken me just to figure out how to get the door apart. Couldn't be happier.

I cannot say enough good about All Star and the owner Becky as well as their installer. They turned a Christmas present for my Aunt living in a 55+ park model in Good Life RV park, into a breeze with extremely professional service and great quality.
