I have used several banks in several different states. Bb&t on Jake Alexander Blvd in Salisbury NC thus far have the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I am very grateful to my daughter and son for recommending them to me. Thank you to all the folks at the Salisbury location for your hard work and dedication to your jobs for making my banking one less stressful part of my life.

BBnT in Mt. Gilead is my home branch but tellers in Rockingham noticed an abnormal pattern of cheques being cashed at their location. To shut down the fraudulent actions, I had to get to the closest location, Salisbury, because time was of the essence. It was Friday at 5 on when I started the long process of closing my account and setting up a new one.
I was angry and flustered, and a bit emotional as I considered the ordeal ahead of me. Julian Gunther, the relationship specialist, greeted me with empathy and a professional “can-do” action list. Despite the time, taking until well after closing time, she helped me close the account, file fraud complaints at the bank, set up a new account, transferred money and all the myriad details such an endeavor entails. Throughout, she chatted with me and like an old loyal customer, not some random client from another town. When I left, my emotional state was vastly improved. I knew my finances were being taken care of, and she even managed to get me laughing. Kudos to Ms. Gunther and the rest of the outstanding staff.
