This company is the epitome of a family owned and runned business. They take care of their customers with excellent service and honesty for what I have found to be an unbeatable price! When I call them, I'm not put on hold and transferred a hundred times before I can get a hold of the right person. They take care of me right away and I recommend them to anyone who is in need or wants better service!

When dealing with insurance agencies there are soo many of them out there that it is hard to choose from. Typically consumers will track down the lowest prices to save $$ but don't really know what they are getting in return. I personally have found that "you get what you pay for" when comparing companies. At Jackson Insurance Agency not only are they competitive (and not to mention VERY affordable) prices, but you truly get exceptional customer service and real solutions tailored to your own personal scenario. The team stays in touch, they are receptive and can always get somebody on the phone to answer any question you may have, and you have a name with them, not just a customer ID #. I will always purchase their product and service offerings as they have earned not only my trust, but my loyalty. I highly recommend any consumer to check them out.
