Great service! All our questions were answered and we felt confident about our purchase. If looking for furniture, you need to visit Real Wood. If nothing else, during the pandemic, they created outstanding custom pieces in less than a month! Pandemic notwithstanding, the team knows their stuff, and not only can create what you need, but help you in the design process, and do it at an excellent price. Also, know they offer stained & painted furniture, and not just unfinished wood. We've purchased multiple stained pieces from them, and each and every one has been excellent. We cannot recommend enough!

Customer service at this store was excellent! The owner was involved throughout the entire process from designing stage to the installation. We will definitely go back for out next project.

First of all, everything in the store is beautiful. But the whole process, from ordering to delivery, was super easy. The staff was helpful and easy to work with. My new furniture looks AMAZING!

Great experience buying a king bed. We love the bed, but the customer service was even better. We sent a number of emails checking in on the status of our order, and we always received a prompt reply. We will be returning to Real Wood whenever we need to buy more furniture.
