Eagle Yoga House

I have been coming to Eagle Yoga for about a year now and I LOVE it. All the instructors are so nice and caring. Susan, the owner does such a great job, not only teaching, but hiring professional teachers that know their stuff. I always have a great workout and they’re always pushing me to do stuff that was once out of my comfort zone! I’m so happy with all my improvement not only in my yoga practice but also through my mind and body over the last year. I’ve seen physical differences in the mirror, but also feel the difference in stress relief and anxiety in my life. I highly recommend if you want a great workout, but also a great community that supports you and pushes you to be the best version of yourself!

I almost don’t want to tell any more people about this place because it’s getting quite crowded, but I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years now and have been to many studios. Eagle Yoga House is an amazing place full of authentic, down-to-earth people, who all emphasize listening to your body. There is never any competition, and each instructor offers something different and something special. All levels of yogis are accepted and encouraged. It’s super clean and the locker rooms have showers which is a huge plus for me. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to practice yoga in Idaho. This place has become a second home to me!

EYH consistently offers professional & empowering classes. I am always shocked at how effortlessly the teachers can get me into a pose I never thought I could do! Thank you Desire, Susan & all the other teachers whose classes I have yet to try.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is always so nice, and Mark is a great instructor! I’m sure the rest of them are as well, I can’t wait to try everyone’s class, at least the ones that aren’t super hot lol, definitely recommend!!
