So very helpful! He did it for free. I Thanked him and offered a token of money and he refused! That was a gentleman! THANK YOU! I know where to go for my car!

(July 9, 2021, 10:14 pm)We were far from our home in the Pacific Northwest when our Subaru's Check Engine light came on. We stopped at Paulo's and a man behind the counter (perhaps Paulo himself?) checked for the code, told us what the issue was, and reassured us that we could safely drive the car home to get it serviced. He kind enough not to charge us. Kindness and reassurance were exactly what we needed during a stressful time!
