Stayed there for one year and had no issues. Had only one maintenance call and they were quick to fix issue. From my interactions, nice management as well.
My mother moved into their Kenyon Court properties and had a wonderful experience. They were prompt to fix anything that wasn't up to her standards, and we're quick to reply if she had any other issues. We were both hesitant to move her into a corporate run property after troubles in the past, but I would recommend this company to many in the area.
