Daniel Burgess, DO

Absolutely cares so much for his patients and his work is incredible...he did my port for chemo he worked so hard to get me in so I could make my first treatment. The nurses at my onocologist office knew right away who put my port in they said he does the best work and takes such great pride in doing it correctly. So so highly recommend him he is a God sent in every way possible...the right Dr makes all the difference. HE is the right Dr.!!

Dr. Burgess has magical hands. He increased my quality of life by helping to relieve me of my severe acid reflux. I am so thankful that he was my surgeon for such a major surgery. He was attentive and checked up on me frequently. He answered all of my questions before and after very thoroughly. I would recommend him to everyone.

When I saw Dr. Burgess, he was very kind, respectful, and he knew what to do about my condition. He was very informational about it, and he explained what plan and procedures I would have to do. He let me know that the procedure needed to be done at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla (1.5 to 2 hour drive from my house). I agreed to it. At first I did not want to drive that far, but I'm glad I did. It was the best hospital experience. When Dr. Burgess saw me there, he was spoke to me with the highest respect. I would recommend Dr. Burgess to my family for the best care. He is a wonderful Doctor!

The first thing I noticed with my initial visit with Dr. Burgess was that I didn't feel rushed with him. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning so that I could tell him about my medical concerns that I had. I also had surgery questions for him. He listened to me! He explained my surgeries to me so that I could have a better understanding of them both. (I had a major surgery last November 2020 and a smaller surgery in April 2021). I couldn't have asked for a better Surgeon/Doctor. Even when I was in the hospital for 6 days he made his rounds every day to check on my scars and drain and see how I was doing. Dr. Burgess and his staff are all very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Burgess to you.
