My son broke his arm and I needed to get a authorization through my insurance, they provided me one expeditiously and made sure I had it in time. I have been extremely impressed with their helpfulness and going above and beyond for clients.

Well for Dr. Bailey I have.only kudos for and give her 4 gold ☆☆☆☆ but for HER PA SADLY I ONLY GIVE 2 ☆☆▪︎ Dr Bailey has always listened intently and compassionately to everything my daughter and I say. My daughter is 14 and a diabetic and while I might be a little over concerned at times I do know her better than anyone else walking the earth besides her father. One thing II always learned in my 29 year career as an RN was that most often I'm going to learn as much or more from my patients and their famiies than they will me. The condescending way I was treated left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm pretty sure she wasn't very familiar with the infection I was speaking of and it would have been a good opportunity for her to learn. BUT PLEASE KNOW DR BAILEY is a true blessing and a wonderful doctor.

Dr Bailey exhibits uses a supportive means of communication with the patient. She recognizes your successes and works to add positive challenges in order to reach the next step.

Personally she was the one physician to make the difference in my lifestyle and prolonged health decisions. I'm living a healthy life with less medications and continue to feel great everyday.

I'm always eager to share my success and wins with her every six months.

All the staff was friendly and did everything they could to make my visit as comfortable as possible. My doctor listens to me and does everything in her power to help me. Her nurse is efficient and personable. Even though I was in quite a bit of pain, the office visit went quickly and efficiently.
