I have been working out at Rise for almost 2 years now and I love it! The coaches are awesome and the people who attend the classes are great too. It's a fun place to push yourself and a place where you end up being able to do things you would've never thought you could do before! Definitely recommend trying a class!

RISE is an incredible interval based training program suited for individuals of all fitness levels. Designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Warren Gheen delivers a program consisting of a diverse set of functional movements. This program will appropriately challenge anyone looking to improve their fitness levels. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging. The RISE atmosphere is comfortable and conducive to learning new skills. I highly recommend RISE Charlotte - I LOVE IT!!!
