He was able to come SAME day to replace all the locks in a new home we had just moved into. It was a straightforward, hassle free experience, for a fair price. He was nice, honest, and worked quickly. WeI felt very comfortable with him. He also had a nice sense of humor too (he helped us solve a silly mailbox key problem that was really just our own stupidity :P). Would hire him again for any locksmith needs!

He was actually on the road when I called and was able to get here quickly. Within a couple of hours all the locks were changed to use one key, not the original 3 that we used to have. Some parts had to be replaced entirely, and he was able to quickly source those replacements.

I called the locksmith and they quoted me a price and was here within 45 minutes then they realized the job was a lot less and they charge me less. The job was completed in a professional manner. Mark the technician was honest in that he only made the repair that was needed to complete the job.
