Owing tax debt to the IRS is stressful. Ideal Tax made getting the process started easy and user friendly. When I signed our agreement for representation I felt informed about the process, payment schedule and that the IRS will be communicating directly with Ideal Tax. My case manager Carlos Cortez is a a knowledgeable professional. He has called often and is always readily available to respond to my questions. One week he was out of the office and had a colleague check in to see if I had any questions. I am always informed of what is occurring with our case and where we are in the process. The billing department is very flexible with changing payment due dates as needed. I would recommend Ideal Tax.
