I was in a very strange situation at the age of 53 I had never had a parking ticket much less ever been in an accident
One morning on my way to work I passed out at the wheel and hit a parked car and a pedestrian. In turn I was charged with a DUI in which I passed a blow test as well as all sobriety field tests which was found no alcohol in my system I was taken to the hospital and sent home .
