    I found the staff there to be very friendly and helpful in picking out and making a nice pick me up floral arrangement for a friend who was under the weather.

    Great service and beautiful flowers. Ordered get well flowers for our aunt and chose the florist deal — florists know best after all. They sent photos of the arrangement and it was delivered in less than two hours! She loved them. 💕

    This little shop is so amazing! I'm sad I'm moving from the area. They are very committed to what they do. And are very knowledgeable on pet friendly floral arrangements! Incase you have pets at home too!
    They make stunning pieces and are very helpful.
    It's a cute shop to boot! I don't don't a photo of the gorgeous bouquet they made for my mom!

    I am beyond impressed with this florist. They were able to make the most beautiful basket of flowers in perfect time & get them over to the funeral home for me. If you want great service and a beautiful arrangement call these girls for sure. Thank you Maria!

    Truly an amazing customer service experience! I live in Toronto and wanted to send my best friend in St Catharines flowers of sympathy and condolences. I searched online and came across Petals Floral and Event Staging. I placed an order for same day delivery and received a text with photos of the finished arrangement and a video before going out for delivery – Absolutely beautiful. Not all flowers shown in the photo on the website were available, so they upgraded with more roses! I was contacted by the owner Maria that they had tried twice to deliver and were unsuccessful. She let me know they closed at 5pm but if confirmation my friend was home or would be they'd go out again for a third delivery attempt. An hour after they had closed Maria stayed in touch with me went back to the shop to get the floral arrangement and delivered the flowers herself! Thank-you Maria for all you did today. Many businesses could learn a lot from you!
