Amber is very helpful, explains things well and suggests alternatives when applicable. Always positive and cheerful. She was wonderful with my Mom at age 100 and 101. Mom had significant hearing loss and Amber was so patient with her.

So appreciative that I didn’t have to go inside to leave my hearing aids to be cleaned and checked during this crazy pandemic. I really appreciate Amber coming out to the car to pick up and return them to me, socially distanced and fully masked! Thank you Amber for always being so helpful and kind!
