Shantell was very helpful and extremely patient throughout our search for our home. Between COVID and other factors, it took over three years from beginning to end. Every couple of months, she checked on us to ask if we were ready. She did this for years until finally we were ready. We had our house built, and she was there for the first walk through. She helped a lot by pointing out things missed by the builders. I would recommend her to anyone shopping or even thinking about shopping. She will be there until you either buy something or change your mind about buying.
