Great service here. Greeted by the front desk. Such a nice gentleman. The nurse every time has been so kind. The doctor gets all information to treat you. Thank you!!! Oh and always a good flow getting in and out.

As a mom of 8 I've been to several urgent cares, Dr's, etc..Had no idea this place existed until my kids needed sports physicals & VUC was recommended. Very affordable and the staff was absolutely amazing both times I went. Treated all of my kiddos with respect & care. Went out of their way to "entertain" my Lil guy with special needs so I could hear what the Dr was saying. Absolutely not their job to do that but much appreciated. The staff encouraged my kids with their choice of sport & left there feeling proud. This is 1st urgent care I don't pull into with a pit in my stomach. Diamond in the ruff! Thank you!

Valley Urgent Care took great care of my mom. Ashley, the NP, was thorough and caring, listened to concerns. The staff was amazing and helpful, the facility very clean. They were cleaning while we were there, which is reassuring as sometimes you wonder, especially during the times we are in! I would take my mom back in a heartbeat and recommend this facility to my dearest friends. My mom’s PCP retired a couple years ago and I haven’t found a replacement so knowing they are available puts me at ease while I continue my search for a PCP for my mom and know this is now our go to urgent care! Thank you for taking care of my mom!!
