Had a watch pin replaced. They knocked it out in about two minutes. Reasonable price for the quick repair.

JC and the team here do amazing work -- came with an idea for an engagement ring and they walked me through all the steps and made it come to life. Not to mention my new fiancée is absolutely in love with the ring. Forever grateful for their work and help throughout the entire process.

I really like this place for any kind of watch service and especially for a battery change. It's conveniently located outside Macy's on the 1st floor of the Freehold Raceway Mall. They do high quality work, quickly, and for a reasonable price. The staff is personable and professional. As a bonus, there is also a pleasant little coffee shop/stand diagonally across from them so you can even have a nice little snack while waiting for the work to be done.

This is my go to store for battery replacements, watch service, and removing watch links. I've been going here for about 5 years. They have always been professional and courteous. I used to go to a local place in Howell, NJ, but the service and reliability is worth going to Watch & Jewelry Doctor in the Mall. They are very quick, and very easy going. Prices are fair, and based on everything they have done for me over the years, I don't mind the costs at all, which are fair and very competitive for what you are getting.

They are a little kiosk in the mall, but they are very legit. Remember they have been there for 5 years at least for a reason. You can feel secure in anything you do here.
