Lori and Eric are amazing. Patient, knowledgeable, kind and inviting. A class at East Cincy really helps to calm my mind and soothe my body.

Excellent, comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification program; awesome classes for all levels, and amazing teachers.
The space itself is also welcoming, comfortable, and clean - very peaceful atmosphere.

Hi! My name is Ana. I have taken classes at the studio with Lori. After each class I feel I regain sense of being. I love the classes and how I enjoy those extra fun classes like salsa, ballroom and more. Best of East of Cincy. Recommended for sure!
