Charlie has done a great job teaching my son the proper forms when jumping and lifting. He is patient but firm which is exactly what he needs!

Charlie is hands down the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. He’s friendly, and has helped me motivate towards making a better life for myself. I would give six stars if I could.

Charlie is well educated in his profession and makes his clients feel comfortable getting started or back on track with their health goals. This is my first time hiring a personal trainer and (as someone who has worked out regularly for the past 15 years) I was initially a little skeptical; Charlie has not only surpassed all expectations, he’s shattered them. Absolutely responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly (to me anyway) accountable to the product he produces!
