I had such a great experience yesterday at Sephora in the Tacoma Mall with Bianca! I went to 3 make up stores before I came here and Bianca made me feel the most comfortable and was not condescending unlike the girl at Ulta. Sephora is lucky to have an employee like Bianca that goes above and beyond 😊

I was there this past weekend for a 90 minute glam session that went so amazingly well! Thank you Maureen for making my daughter look so gorgeous! You were so patient and kind with a listening ear and a creative mind. You definitely delivered in every way for a special day! Thank you to the friendly staff that complimented her as well. I want to thank that wonderful manager that was so sweet and greeted us and gave everyone a wonderful welcome. I observed her interaction with the employees and she was awesome and most of all the customers were treated so well. She complimented my daughter after she finished with her session! This location is cool and they definitely make you feel GORGEOUS! Well…hats off to the manager, see you all in June for her graduation! I am definitely a happy mom!

Carol helped me out and she was very informative and even though I just went in for a tinted moisturizer I came out with a primer and a concealer as well. Going into Sephora can be intimidating because of all the products but she made me feel comfortable and she listened to what I wanted and delivered. I just tried out all the products and they look phenomenal on my skin! Thank you Carol!!!
