This is one of the few Viking sewing machine retailers that it’s not located inside a Joann’s. I have had bad experiences at the store is located inside Joann’s the service here is terrific and you get personalized help. I purchased a new sewing machine and received a call the next day to make sure it was working and to answer any questions. The store was recently put under new management and there are plans for classes in the future.. I would highly recommend.

The Ultimate Sewing Gallery for Husqvarna Viking has been my store since 2005. The store is dedicated to sewers, embroiders, sergers, and just about everything to do with Sewing. Bought my first Husqvarna Viking Embroidery machine IRIS… I love my EPIC just purchased just 2 years ago. It’s a CHAMP… You’ll have to check out the EPIC 2.

There were a few lovely ladies at the time that were so welcoming and full of knowledge to share Andie, Betty and Sandy. Now I have Alexis, Nancy and other staff who have been AWESOME. The staff is full of experience and knowledgeable having lots of tips and tricks. If they can’t answer your question they will get you the answer.

Whether COVID 19 or not, you are able to call and get exceptional assistance. I’ve emailed my items wanted and they had them ready for pick up. And for of us that have the “Hubby” pick up almost everything, they love the “Hubbies” (maybe give him too much candy) but he comes out of the store always with a big smile.
Great classroom space; have classes and schedule posted, all protection with COVID 19 considered. Really cool projects.

Educators you see online do in-person training or virtual. You can test drive with Demo models to make sure the machine(s) best for what your needs are and will work for you. The store is focused on your sewing needs and you won’t be disappointed.

I know the other stores exist inside JoANN’s but there is nothing like this store. WHY? Because there are no other things being sold or so many people lingering around. I give CUDO’s to the ladies that work within JoANN’s all have great skill sets; but there is so much distraction, I don’t know how they do it.

But with this Ultimate Sewing Gallery its dedicated and no distraction focus is on your Sewing needs.

This store has incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, and supportive staff and management. Any questions you have are answered, or researched and answered. My experience with multiple Husqvarna Viking machines has been nothing but positive.

Have used this business for over 6 years. The staff is friendly and know their machines and are always willing to explain or show you how to solve your issues. They also have access to a very knowledgeable service department to repair and maintain you machines.

I'll tell you that if you are in the market for a Viking product, this is the place to go! Knowledgeable, friendly staff provide excellent customer service. Repairs are done promptly and always with a smile. Classes are informative and held at convenient times. Introduce yourself to Alexia...she'll take great care of you.
