If there was a time we needed fast service was this one and Green Brook GMC did not disappoint.
Our car broke down tuesday night with battery/alternator issues. Our family was supposed to leave Wednesday morning for a family getaway and needed the car fixed almost immediately. We were able to drop it off that night and by 10am next day the issue was fixed.
I spoke with Fred early that morning and he was truly fantastic. Thank you Green Brook GMC for the quickest turnaround.

The service representative at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. She asked me what service I needed. She later showed me what the vehicle needed and explained the prices. She applied the rewards I had. My tire needed a patch and she told me the reasonable price it was to repair it. The technician unfortunately took a long time to repair it and had to get another technician to help him so it took a long time but the service rep more than made up for it.

As my wife and I walked into the dealership we were courteously greeted by a sales associate, Juan P. He was welcoming. We were giving a tour of the facility, like their service department as well their vehicles. We did not feel bombarded or rushed. The staff was friendly and courteous. We are happy to be new customers.
