I have been renting at public storage for several years and I have never had such a great front desk experience as I've had in the past few days. I was going to close out my account because the rent had gone up too much and Yanelis saved my business at this location. She assisted me with getting a different unit size instead of me leaving all together. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. She is definitely an asset at this location.

Yanelis is wonderful. She is courteous, she listens without interfering to understand your needs. She also has a very nice voice tone when speaking to you. She turn my vist there very professional on my most recent visits. When I go back to visit I will be looking forward to only work with her, so I will go on her schedule.
She deserves five stars for her interactions with the public.
