Dominique handled all the details, so my family could ENJOY buying a home. I’m not sure why anyone would use a less experienced realtor once you meet these guys.
We also did a remodel of our old home prior to selling through Linage; what a game changer! The profit was shocking, with 8 offers. The best part was that Dominique essentially acted as our general contractor, making sure everything was timely, and properly done prior to the sell. Then, she staged the house. The website and photos of the home were stunning. I couldn’t stop looking at them.
You won’t regret working with them, but it will shock you how much better they are than your average realtor. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dominique Lupercio with Lineage properties was nothing short of phenomenal. My wife and I were so pleased with her work that we would give her and her company the highest recommendation.
