Drew was most helpful with a fabric office chair that I sent him this past wknd. The chair was pretty dirty and the previous owner attempted to hand clean the chair with carpet cleaning powder, which just clustered up and made a gigantic mess of things. Drew used his professional equipment and his knowledge to clean this puppy back up to tip top shape! Drew did a great job and I highly recommend him for all of your future upholstery or carpet cleaning needs.

Have used IC&U several times in the past couple of years and have always been quite pleased. We talked with Drew and he was quick and courteous. They got our rooms cleaned up, doing sofas and carpets. Everything looked great by the time they were finished.
