Ken helped my son buy his first vehicle and it was a wonderful experience. He's easy going and honest. After we had signed the paperwork, the vehicle wouldn't start. Come to find out my son hadn't put it in park. While we were figuring that part out, Ken noticed the passenger window was going down slowly and told us that it looked like that motor in the door was going out. He said he would order the part and install it for free. After we had taken possession of the vehicle. That's unreal. Most car dealers wouldn't have said anything amd certainly wouldn't have repaired it for free. I will buy from Ken any day. In fact, I will be looking this week for a truck, and Ken will be my first stop!!! I might even wait a while until he gets more in if he doesn't have what I want. That's how awesome he is!
