Dryy Garment care

My experience with Dryy was excellent. I called spontaneously from a number off their business van, (my dryer had broken and I was trying to figure out what to do in the interium until the new one came) and a friendly person answered and set up my appointment in 5 minutes. They did get lost, and intially appeared like they just didn't show up, yet when I called they made it right, picked up clothes and returned them on time, all neat, clean and folded. The price point, in my opinion, is really good too. I would recommend using them and just work through the first-time hiccups because they seem to value customer service.

Excellent pick-up/delivery service!

I have been using their delivery service since 2015 for dry cleaning, hemming, and boot repairs in both the Ashburn and Chantilly areas. There are two delivery days in my area which can be set for automatic pick-up/delivery or scheduled. Their tailoring service is convenient for simple jobs, such as hemming pants to a specific length. They also did an excellent job repairing my wife's boot which had a broken zipper. Excellent service for reasonable prices!
