I had a cervical MRI yesterday at Open Advantage MRI. My Tech was named Robbie. He made my super stressful experience so much less stressful. His caring attitude made me feel comfortable & secure. He did everything he could to decrease my stress - & at the same time was a true professional. I have to go again in a few days for an MRI in a different area & was so relieved he would be there that day. I sure hope this company realizes what a GEM they have in this employee. Thank you Robbie.

This is my 3rd visit to this facility for an MRI. In my experience, this is the only MRI place I will go to. I am claustraphobic and the first time they had an Open MRI; however, I was still offered a cool cloth on my eyes, a music collection was offered as well as a fan for extra air. the experience was phenominal. they were very accomoddating, friendly and excell in customer service. The facility no longer has an Open MRI, but I received the same great friendly and accomodating customer service. I now request this facility if an MRI is needed for myself or family members.
